Marugame Udon & Tempura

In the midst of ramen hype, there's a new Japanese eatery which claimed serving authentic udon on Jakarta. They offer only several options of udon with more varieties tempura as side dish.

Beef Curry Udon

The fresh homemade udon had a light springy texture. The curry sauce was typical of Japanese curry sauce, nice strong spices aroma with mild taste. The thin beef slices were tasty & tender, fuse nicely with the curry sauce.
