I expected seblak basah would be approximately like krecek. Though I was totally wrong. The texture was raw & chewy.

Sushi Seblak

Good creativity though the shari (sushi rice) was too sour. The sushi was stuffed with spicy seblak basah, carrot & pokcoy ... frankly carrot & pokcoy caused this sushi lost its essence. Anyway sushi was served with soy sauce & sweet soy sauce (kecap manis), which surprisingly taste better with kecap manis.
