I was startled by the fat thickness of chashu around my bowl... regretfully I only found skinny meat on each sliced...
Though I like the noodle... fine & "crunchy". While the soup was mild spicy with nice creamy flavor of pork. Just a bit annoyed by smell of raw bean sprouts...

This set consists of salad, a cup of chawan mushi, a small portion shio ramen & a bowl of sake ikura gohan.
Frankly rather than the ramen, I was impressed by the sake ikura gohan which is japanese rice topped with salmon chunks, fish roes & a bit green onion ... tasty like sushi.
