Tony Roma's

Santa Fe Salad

This salad tasted very festive as fused crunchy tortilla with mixed garden greens, cheddar cheese, bacon bits & fresh tomatoes. Topped with crispy coated chicken breast with nice aroma.

The Original Baby Back Ribs

The meat was tender, basted with appetizing Carolina Honeys sauce with mustard hint.

Apple Crisp

Fusion of apple chunks with mushed apple, served warm. Topped with crumbs & drizzled with caramel sauce. The caramel tasted similar to palm sugar sauce. I myself prefer to omit the caramel...

Alcoholics Bar & Grill

This eatery offers the sensation of alcohol fusion in foods which commonly do in Western countries & China. Many people might condemn alcohol but Frank Sinatra quoted "Alcohol may be man’s worst enemy, but the bible says love your enemy."

Half Slab Baby Back Ribs

Half slab of prime Australian baby backs ribs grilled with homemade Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce. The meat was not as succulent as expected, though the meat was tender & the BBQ sauce was nice with hint of Jack Daniel.

Kahlua Souffle

Souffle was foamy & dense, but a bit sweet & I hardly detect Kahlua's infusion. Served with home made Bailey's ice cream which also taste sweet.

Mika - Japanese Bistro

I was fascinated when noticed Demiglace Omurice on Mika's menu book hence decided to have lunch here.
The restaurant is cozy with nice old European style decoration.

Demiglace Omurice

Actually this dish was good. The tomato fried rice was tasty with thick appetizing Demiglace sauce, though I couldn't completely enjoy the omurice. As I sliced the omelet, it's runny & flowing over rice & Demiglace sauce. The mushy omelet was tasty, though regrettably I'm not used to eat mushy eggs ...
